Ingredients
1lb Ground Chicken
1/4 cup Grated Parmesan
1 Egg
1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
2 jars Arrabbiata Sauce
1 tablespoon Pink Himalayan Salt
Black Pepper
2 tablespoons Minced Garlic Cloves
16oz Spaghetti Noodles or Penne Noodles
8oz Shredded Mozzarella
Parsley(Garnish)
1 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup Grapeseed oil
2 table spoons of Olive oil
Directions
Mix ground chicken, egg, 1/2 cup bread crumbs, minced garlic, black pepper, pink Himalayan Salt, two tablespoons of Arrabbiata Sauce, 1/4 cup of Grated Parmesan
Boil, drain and rinse Noodles (Spaghetti or Penne)
Roll Meatballs and pan fry until golden brown
Put Meatballs, Arrabbiata Sauce and Mozzarella on top in baking dish with the oven already preset on 375 degrees. Bakes for 35 min Add parsley and olive oil to noodles
Serve Meatballs over pasta garnish with grated parmesan and parsley
